What to expect from this webinar:
In the contract research organisation (CRO) world, it is common to produce CDISC standard SDTM and ADaM datasets to support table, figure, & listing (TFL) production, to be able to analyse clinical trial data and work towards the production of the clinical study report (CSR). Out of these two types of standard dataset, ADaM production can be complex depending on the study design and statistical analysis requirements, and without an underlying knowledge of CDISC ADaM standards, this can be even more daunting.
The aim of this presentation is to outline some of the basics of ADaM standards, explain how ADaMs can make TFL production simpler, how to overcome some of the challenges faced with programming ADaMs, and also go through how ADaMs are useful to regulators, in order to answer the question: Why do we produce ADaM datasets?
