Can you tell us a bit about your background and what led you to join Phastar?
I come from a background in statistics and statistical programming, with close to three years of hands-on experience working on Phase III clinical trials. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to studies primarily focused on the immunology and dermatology therapeutic areas. This experience has allowed me to develop a solid understanding of clinical trial data, regulatory requirements, and the importance of delivering high-quality statistical outputs to support evidence-based decision-making.
I believe that effective statistical support plays a crucial role in the success of clinical development programs, and I’ve always been motivated by the impact our work can have on patients’ lives. What drew me to Phastar was its strong reputation for excellence in clinical analytics, as well as its commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture. I was particularly impressed by Phastar’s focus on technical rigor, continuous learning, and its emphasis on teamwork, all of which closely align with my own professional values and career aspirations.
Joining Phastar felt like a natural next step for me—a place where I could continue growing, take on new challenges, and contribute meaningfully to innovative and impactful clinical studies.
