Can you tell us a bit about your background and what led you to join Phastar?
I have been working in the clinical research industry for around 15 years, mainly supporting global companies in growing and building their teams in India. Over the years, I have gained strong experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and supporting business growth.
What attracted me to Phastar was its strong reputation, work culture, and the way the company values and supports its people. I was also excited about the opportunity to contribute to Phastar’s growth in India, which aligns very well with my experience and interests.
What is your role at Phastar, and what do you enjoy most about your day-to-day responsibilities?
At Phastar, I support talent acquisition and growth initiatives in India, working closely with hiring managers and highly skilled professionals across the clinical research industry.
What I enjoy most is collaborating with talented teams and contributing to projects that support important clinical research work and ultimately make a difference to patients’ lives. I also value Phastar’s supportive and professional culture, where leadership is approachable and always willing to guide and support employees.
What has been your favorite moment or achievement at Phastar so far?
One of my favorite achievements at Phastar has been supporting the company’s growth in India by helping build strong teams and attracting talented professionals to the organization. It has been very rewarding to see the India team continue to grow successfully.
I also appreciate the trust and support provided by the leadership team, which has helped me grow professionally and contribute with confidence. Phastar’s collaborative and supportive culture has made the experience both enjoyable and motivating.
What opportunities for growth or professional development have you had since joining the team?
Since joining Phastar as a Recruiter, I have had great opportunities for growth and development, which led to my promotion to Manager. Phastar invests in its employees through learning opportunities, industry conferences, and exposure to experienced leaders. The leadership team is approachable and supportive, encouraging continuous learning and career development. These experiences have played an important role in my professional growth and progression within the company.
