Interim analyses and safety reviews play a critical role in clinical trial oversight, providing decision-makers with timely insights while safeguarding study integrity.

In this Phase II breast cancer study, we supported three safety review committees and a formal interim analysis, delivering validated statistical outputs, independent statistical oversight, and secure management of blinded and unblinded data.

By combining technical expertise with experienced IDMC leadership, the team helped ensure confident, evidence-based decision-making throughout the study.

Download the full case study to see how we support high-quality interim analyses, safety reviews, and independent data monitoring activities across oncology development programs.
