Kevin established Phastar in 2007. A seasoned statistician, he began his career at Amgen in 1990, and later contributed to Wellcome and various GSK companies. Kevin has held diverse roles throughout his career, including project statistician and technical support, allowing him to bring extensive oversight and understanding to the whole clinical trial process. He is a chartered statistician and former PSI (Statisticians in the Pharmaceutical Industry) Board Member, and remains actively engaged in providing invaluable statistical support.

Whilst Sarah is a native Brit, with an MSc in Clinical Research from Cardiff University, she lives in the Philadelphia suburbs and champions the cause of customer-centricity and operational excellence, firmly believing that understanding the voice of the customer is paramount to driving business growth and fostering unwavering loyalty.

Ping-Chung Chang is the Head of Business Transformation and China General Manager at Phastar. Ping has been a biostatistician in the clinical industry since early 2002 and has had worked for pharmaceutical, biotech and CRO companies through the years in both US and China. Ping is an experienced leader in regulatory submissions, large global team operations and CRO business management. Through his CRO career, Ping has been heavily involved in optimizing service models with client companies as well as in delivering effective collaborations.
