Phastar continues to lead the CRO industry in corporate responsibility as CEO Graham Clark is named in list of trailblazers, innovators and visionaries.
London, UK, and Durham (NC), US – 15th August 2024: Phastar, global specialist biometrics contract research organization (CRO), has been recognized in the 2024 Environment 100 List, led by Graham Clark. The award is further recognition of Phastar’s commitment to being a purpose-led organization which is leading the CRO industry in corporate responsibility.
The Environment 100 List shines a light on the trailblazers and visionaries driving forward environmental sustainability in the UK. Under Graham’s leadership, Phastar’s net-zero target was approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in 2023. This includes the ambitious pledge to achieve the SBTi’s Net-Zero Standard by 2035.
The Net Zero commitment sits within a wider environment, social, and governance (ESG) program which allowed Phastar to become a certified B Corporation®. Alongside its environmental commitments, Phastar also runs a pro bono scheme, offering charities free access to its biometrics experts, and a Stats Helpdesk providing biotech companies with free access to its expert team of statisticians.
